- Payment of the reserved facilities must be made within 48-hour after a booking is made. Otherwise, the reserved sessions will be cancelled and released.
- Residents must present their OWN resident cards at the time of payment when confirming the booking.
- Payment of a reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation or changes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
